New: Sound Editions
Ford introduces new special editions for the Kuga and for both the gasoline and electric versions of the Puma. There is more news about the Ford Puma: the electric Puma Gen-E is now cheaper than the equivalent with a gasoline engine.
The electric Ford Puma Gen-E previously had a starting price of €35,495. This meant that an electric Puma Gen-E, unsurprisingly, cost more than a variant with a gasoline engine. That is no longer the case. The electric Ford Puma Gen-E now starts from €32,995. Ford is also giving an extra discount of €3,000, meaning the Puma Gen-E temporarily changes owners from €29,995. The more richly equipped Premium version costs €35,795. For a Puma with a gasoline engine – for the Titanium version – you pay a minimum of €33,970. Even without the extra discount, the electric Puma Gen-E is now more affordable to purchase.
Sound Editions
Ford introduces a special Sound Edition for the Puma, Puma Gen-E and Kuga. For the Puma, it is based on the ST-Line X version. It adds a lot of things. These include special 18-inch alloy wheels, a 360-degree camera, adaptive cruise control, interior trim with light accents, a black roof, a heated steering wheel, an electrically heated windshield, seat heating, special illuminated door sills, special floor mats, matrix LED headlights, front parking sensors, an extensive range of passive and active safety systems and a Bang & Olufsen audio system with a power of 650W, complete with midwoofers. The Puma Sound Edition is only available in Metropolis White and costs €42,690.
In the electric Puma Gen-E, the Sound Edition is based on the top version Premium. It costs €37,795 and benefits from all the good things that you also get extra in the Puma Sound Edition.
The Ford Kuga Sound Edition is also extra well-equipped and also gets separate tweeters and woofers, which should offer an even bigger party in terms of audio. At the time of writing, we cannot yet tell you the price of the Kuga Sound Edition.
