Mercedes-AMG releases a handful of images of a concept model called the Concept AMG GT Track Sport. The model name is self-explanatory. It indicates what it is intended for: the circuits. Mercedes-AMG describes the Concept AMG GT Track Sport as a ‘uncompromising concept vehicle’ designed for ‘absolute top performance’ with which it wants to set ‘record times’. The latter indicates that the creation will break records on various circuits.

But there is more. It seems that it does not remain a study model. According to Mercedes-AMG, the car also serves as a preview of ‘possible new expansion of the GT series with a V8 engine’. The V8 is already in the AMG GT family. We are curious what the new version will bring.
