Perhaps Classic Rolls-Royce Models Are The Only Old-Timers Where a Conversion to Electric Drive is Precisely What They Need. Halcyon is now doing it with the rolls-royce corniche and silver shadow. The Corniche is the first to be addressed. We now get to see halcyon’s first full creation, which is a purple corniche with a tasteful combination of that same purple and light leather. The Color is Meant to Evoke the Heaths in Scotland, and that’s why the car is also called ‘Highland Heather’. Modern conveniences such as heated and ventilated seats, infotainment with wireless apple carPlay, cruise control, and a modern audio system are part of this restomod.
The most special thing, however, is under all that retro indulgence. The Rolls-Royce Corniche Has Been Stripped of its v8 and now has an electric motor mounted on the rear wheels. Halcyon Doesn’t Mention Too Many Specifications Yet, But It is A 500 HP Unit and the Powertrain HAS 800V Technology. An Earlier Prototype (or A Silver Shadow) had A 77-KWh Battery, which Helped the Corniche’s Close Sibling Achieve ‘More than 360 km’ of Range. There was also Active Suspension and New Brakes. We assume that this is also the case with this Rolls-Royce Corniche. Halcyon Plans to Build 60 Copies of the Highland Heather.
