The Dutch fast-charging provider Fastned is further expanding its network. From now on, you can also recharge in Spain under the characteristic yellow canopies.
In the Netherlands, Fastned’s fast-charging stations are already commonplace, but outside our borders this is not necessarily the case. Fastned is now active in nine European countries. Nine yes, because one has been added: Spain. There, Fastned is immediately opening two locations, near Barcelona. There are four fast chargers per station, with charging points that go up to a peak power of 400 kW.
In addition to the Netherlands and now Spain, Fastned is also active in Denmark, the United Kingdom, France, Belgium, Germany, Switzerland and Italy. The company’s goal is to have a thousand charging stations in Europe by 2030. There are now over 380.
