European party

The Volvo EX30 already comes in the Europa version, and now the Volvo EX40 and EC40 are also celebrating being built here.
Production of the Volvo EX30 was moved to Ghent, Belgium this year, and that was celebrated this summer with special Europa versions for the relatively compact Volvo. The Europa and Europa Sport were composed based on the Plus version, but with some extras. The electric Volvo EX40 and EC40 also roll off the production line in Ghent and are now celebrating the European party in a similar way to their little brother. AutoWeek can exclusively report this.
For both cars, there is first of all the Plus Europa version. As mentioned, this takes the equipment of the Plus as a basis, but you get the Power Seat Pack and a heated rear seat. All this while the price is €2,500 lower than with the Plus. Then there is the Ultra Europa, which uses the Ultra version as a basis. You then get, among other things, a panoramic roof, 360-degree camera and a Black Stone painted roof. For an extra €1,500 you can then get both versions as Black Edition, where the logos are painted in Glossy Black and the car stands on 20-inch black alloy wheels.

Then the cost picture. The advantage of the Europa versions is up to €3,500 compared to the regular Plus or Ultra. For example, the Volvo EX40 as Plus Europa (Single Motor) costs at least €46,995 and as Ultra Europa (Single Motor Extended Range) at least €52,495. The EC40 is slightly more expensive; it costs €48,495 as Plus Europe and €53,495 as Ultra Europe. You can order immediately.
