Like the Mini Countryman, the related BMW iX1 and iX2 benefit from changes to the battery pack. The net capacity of the battery increases from 64.8 kWh to 65.2 kWh, and the pair receives a silicon carbide inverter.
The 204 hp BMW iX1 eDrive20 sees its range increase from 474 to 501 kilometers. The 306 hp iX1 xDrive30 achieves a range of 466 kilometers. Sister model BMW iX2 as eDrive20 now reaches 512 kilometers and as xDrive30 achieves a range of 476 kilometers.
The BMW iX1 eDrive20 costs a minimum of €46,405 and the xDrive30 can be taken home for a minimum of €62,568. The iX2 eDrive20 and xDrive30 cost €51,840 and €61,374 respectively.
