Clear the Ring

The BMW M3 CS Touring is an exceptionally sporty station wagon, and that has now become very clear. It is the fastest station wagon on the Nürburgring.
With its whopping 550 hp version of the 3.0 inline-six, the BMW M3 CS Touring is just a step stronger than the ‘regular’ M3 Touring. Moreover, it is lighter, and then you already know that all in all, it is an even faster and more capable car on the circuit. That has now become apparent. The rapid space provider has been chased over the Nürburgring-Nordschleife in record time.
BMW M’s development driver Jörg Weidinger kicked the fastest M3 Touring through the ‘Green Hell’ in just 7:29.49. This instantly makes it the fastest street-legal station wagon ever on the circuit. Not entirely surprisingly, the previous record was held by the regular M3 Touring: 7:35.06.
