Electric Mercedes-Benz V-Class shows true form

Mercedes-Benz V-Class Spyshots

Mercedes-Benz is working on fully electric vans, which will soon be on the market in passenger form as VLE and VLS. Here we see the new electric V-Class a little better than before.

With the Mercedes-Benz Vision V, we recently got a preview of what important van news Mercedes-Benz has in store. Various delivery vans and passenger buses will appear on the VAN.EA platform, and here we see another one from that last category. It is less packed than before, so we can see the true forms a little better now. You can already see that some of the round shapes of the Vision V will reach the production stage.

The nose is a bit more conventional and seems to be a bit less special than we expected based on the previous prototypes. Mercedes-Benz has also indicated that it is abandoning some of the extravagant EQ lines to bring the electric models closer to the fuel models. There will also be fuel vans again, on a VAN.CA platform related to VAN.EA. For this electric bus you can in any case count on 800V technology and rear-wheel steering.
