Lawn Mower Week

Impressed by the battery of your plug-in hybrid Ford Kuga or Kia Niro? Then you’re in for a real reality check from an unexpected source. Because there are electric lawnmowers with a bigger one!
Honda does much more than just building cars, motorcycles or scooters. Among other things, it has a real department that produces airplanes and is also involved in the development, production and sale of lawnmowers. It presents two brand new machines with appropriate fanfare: the ProZision and the ProZision Autonomous.
We can bore you endlessly by telling you that the ProZision Autonomous can mow your lawn autonomously thanks to radar and lidar technology, or that both machines have so-called MicroCut Twin Blade knives to trim your grass. More interesting is the battery of the electrically powered new duo. It has a larger capacity than that of the Ford Kuga Plug-in Hybrid (14.4 kWh) and Kia Niro Plug-in Hybrid (11.1 kWh). The ProZisions have a 19.2-kWh battery! This even brings them close to the 24-kWh package that the first generation Nissan Leaf initially had in its floor. However, you’ll need some patience: fast charging is not available. Just like with many plug-in hybrids, by the way.
Ideal filler for the corner of your brain reserved for curious facts to bore your friends and family with during circle birthdays, right?
