For a small surcharge, the BMW iX3 can AC charge twice as fast. And there is more iX3 news, although it is minor in nature.
Anyone configuring a new BMW iX3 can now tick a new option that is easy to overlook. For a relatively small surcharge of €374.50, the electric SUV can be equipped with what BMW calls ‘AC Charging Professional’. This increases the maximum AC charging power from 11 kW to 22 kW. This AC connection also makes it possible to power electrical devices with a maximum of 3.7 kW. V2L then.
There are also new paint colors: Eucalyptus Grün Metallic and the Individual colors Frozen Space Silver Metallic and Fire Red Metallic. So there’s just a little more to choose from.
