The Chevrolet Corvette is one of the absolute flagships of gasoline fun. That is hard to miss with the very intense ‘Zora’.
The Chevrolet Corvette is never subtle, but now the Americans are really letting it go wild. Here we see for the second time the reportedly Zora-named upcoming top version, and it hasn’t become any more subtle since the last time. Again, we see a Corvette that is hung with spoiler lips and has a huge spoiler at the rear. The most striking are the four exhaust ends. The last time we saw the Zora, we still suspected that it would look a bit more subtle in the production version. We are now beginning to strongly doubt that.
Incidentally, even the Corvette is no longer entirely exclusively powered by gasoline. For example, we now already know the hybrid Corvette E-Ray and the Zora may also be partially electrically powered. The electric power then comes from the same unit as in the E-Ray, but the beating heart becomes the V8 from the ZR-1, together good for thick 1,200 hp system power. That is the expectation for the time being. We probably don’t have to wait much longer until Chevrolet itself reveals all the secrets.
