The Citroën ë-C3 Aircross, which some felt was lacking in driving range, is getting an upgrade. The electric Frenchman will now have a larger battery pack for a few thousand extra.
The Citroën ë-C3 Aircross was introduced with a 40 kWh battery pack, offering a range of up to 306 km. However, we knew a larger battery pack was in the works, and the 54 kWh unit is now available. It provides the still 113 hp Citroën ë-C3 Aircross with a WLTP range of 400 km. That’s almost 100 km more than before.
For that increased range, you’ll have to pay a few thousand extra. The Extended Range version of the ë-C3 Aircross is available as You from €29,800, which is exactly €2,000 more expensive than the 40 kWh battery pack version. As Plus, it costs €31,900, and as Max, it costs €34,000, which is also two thousand more than with the smaller battery pack.
