Rimac Nevera sets series new speed records

Impressive list

Rimac Nevera R

The Koenigsegg Jesko Absolut has lost its 0-400-0 km/h record. The Rimac Nevera R snatched a good two seconds off and set even more impressive figures.

With its 2,107 hp, the Rimac Nevera R is clearly the superlative of the Nevera, and that had to be expressed in insane performances. Well, now it is clear that it is indeed quite a powerhouse. Rimac proudly reports that the Nevera R has a new world record in the sprint from 0 to 400 km/h and back to a standstill. The Nevera R managed this in 25.79 seconds, a good two seconds faster than the Koenigsegg Jesko Absolut.

That wasn’t the only record that the Nevera R took on the track at Automotive Testing Papenburg in Germany. The sprint from 0 to 100 km/h was also faster than the regular Nevera and is therefore also a new record: it only took 1.72 seconds. In addition, the Rimac Nevera R has reached a top speed of 431.45 km/h, which is a new world record for electric production cars. More impressive figures? Just enjoy the complete list below:
