On the price list

Dacia Bigster

The Dacia Bigster gets a new powertrain. From now on, the big brother of the Dacia Duster is also available with a mild-hybrid powertrain with four-wheel drive. Good for your wallet: this new variant runs on LPG!

After the Dacia Sandero, Jogger and Duster, the Bigster also benefits from the arrival of new technology. In contrast to its brothers and sisters, the Bigster only gets one new powertrain. It’s called Hybrid-G 150 4×4 and its name already gives away a lot of what it has to offer. Indeed: four-wheel drive and mild-hybrid technology. The Dacia Bigster already had a mild-hybrid powertrain with four-wheel drive, but the 130 hp Mild Hybrid 140 4×4 has to make way. The big difference: the Bigster Hybrid-G 150 4×4 also runs on LPG in addition to gasoline.

The Dacia Bigster Hybrid-G 150 4×4 has a 140 hp and 230 Nm mild-hybrid 1.2 petrol engine that works with a 31 hp 87 Nm electric motor on the rear axle. The drive of the rear wheels is electric and is therefore different from the existing 4×4 versions. The interplay between electric motor and combustion engine is good for a system power of 154 hp. Shifting is done with a six-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission. The electric motor is connected to the rear axle by means of a two-stage transmission. The battery has a capacity of 0.84 kWh. Also interesting: the two LPG tanks together have a capacity of 50 liters.

Anyone who empties the gas tanks and is also prepared to rid the gasoline tank of the last drop of content has a range of 1,500 kilometers at their disposal. The Bigster with this new powertrain can also be driven as a front-wheel drive. The electric motor can be disconnected from the rear axle. The maximum towing weight is set at 1,500 kilos.

The Dacia Bigster Hybrid-G 150 has a starting price of €40,100 and is then immediately executed as Extreme.
