Faster than a Rimac Nevera!
Prepare for a piece of Chinese power display. The Xiaomi SU7 Ultra can call itself the fastest electrical production car on the Nürburgring-Nordschleife. You read that well, the electric sedan is faster than an electric European Hypercar! Welcome to the world of the equally superfluous and impressive records.
The Chinese Xiaomi is currently making every effort to impress. In October last year it showed the production version of the sporty top version of his first model – the SU7 -: the SU7 Ultra. On that electric extremist, the manufacturer was already looking ahead with the SU7 Ultra Prototype. That harbinger managed to cover a round on the Nürburgring-Nordschleife in just 6 minutes and 46 counts. That made the Chinese colossus considerably rapper than the Porsche Taycan Turbo GT (7 minutes and 7 seconds), but the Xiaomi did not bump the Porsche off the throne. In contrast to the Taycan Turbo GT who set that time, the Xiaomi SU7 Ultra Prototype was of course not a production model. Xiaomi has now hunted the production model over the more than 20 kilometer long German circuit. And what do you think? Indeed: Mission passed.
The Xiaomi SU7 Ultra that is just for sale in China, stamped in just 7 minutes and a small 5 seconds (7: 04.957) over the Nürburgring-Nordschleife. That is really fast. To put that in perspective: a Tesla Model S plaid with track package needed more than 20 seconds longer for the same rounds (7: 25,231). The Xiaomi SU7 Ultra was not only faster than the Porsche Taycan Turbo GT, but even faster than the 1,914 hp Rimac Nevera. Yes: a real Hypercar!
The Xiaomi SU7 Ultra is therefore not the least. The electric sedan has three together 1,548 hp strong electric motors and is therefore able to hunt in just 1.98 from a standstill to a speed of 100 km/h. His top speed is more than 350 km/h.
